Shipping Guidelines (Subject to Change)
· US Shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Some items can only be shipped via UPS due to size and weight
· USPS Priority Mail typically states a two or three day delivery time, but that is not guaranteed. If you need your order expedited, please notify us via email (preferred) or phone.
· Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours (two business days) of receipt. If delayed beyond two business days for some reason, we will notify you via email of the reason for the delay and the anticipated shipping date.
· 99% of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
· We ship only to the US and Canada
At this time, Sportsmanfrenzy ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Sportsmanfrenzy ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sportsmanfrenzy charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Refund Policy – You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. Depending on the item, there could be a restocking fee of up to 15% of the cost of the item. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout or your PayPal account used in the purchase transaction.
